La maison de la montagne
La Maison de la Montagne is an association law 1901 which brings together residents and friends of Valley Nâves who want to work for the revitalization, development, enhancement and preservation of this mountain valley.
La Maison de la Montagne comes from the former home-country skiing Nâves which was established in early 1970.
Since 1999 our association is to "the development and management of cross-country skiing, sports and tourism to boost the development of villages Nâves " (Article 1 of the bylaws).
Dans le cadre d'une Délégation de Service Public par la Communauté de Communes des Vallées d'Aigueblanche (CCVA), la Maison de la Montagne assure l'hiver la gestion du Domaine nordique de Nâves (accueil, damage, balisage, secours, vente de forfaits, la location de matériel.
Throughout the year, the Maison de la Montagne performs the functions of reception, communication, promotion and implementation of projects. It is the antenna Valley Tourist Board.
Dans sa mission de dynamisation des villages, la Maison de la Montagne organise également plusieurs animations et fêtes, avec la participation de la population et des acteurs locaux .

All these activities are possible, thanks to a team of employees - a development officer for three years and seasonal employees in the winter (ski patrol, tamper, responsible care) - and with the participation of a network members and volunteers.
