The association of the Maison de la Montagne de Naves is an independent association bringing together residents and friends of the Naves valley who want to work for the stimulation, the development, the promotion and the protection of this mountain valley.
The MMN comes from the former cross country skiing centre of Nâves created in the early 70s.
Since 1999, our association has aimed at promoting and managing cross country skiing, sporting activities and tourist activities in order to boost the development of the villages of Naves.
The MMN is led by a team of employees – a « development coordinator » who is employed year round, together with six seasonal winter employees who manage the Nordic area and welcome the public. They are assisted by a network of members and volunteers.
